At the center is the 200-foot-long water slide that’s reminiscent of seaside roller coasters of the early 1940s. Guests can rent boats and arrange fishing excursions at the boardwalk marina, and also have access to two lighted tennis courts and a fitness center. Disney's BoardWalk Inn offers 372 guestrooms in a five-story building that evokes the romantic atmosphere of bed-and-breakfast inns found along the mid-Atlantic coast of the 1940s. Rooms continue the theme with nautically inspired drapes and bedding, French doors, and wrought-iron headboards. All rooms have tables and chairs, wall safes, and ceiling fans. Some rooms provide balconies with views of gardens, the lake and boardwalk, or resort parking areas. Bathrooms have hair dryers and separate vanity areas with two sinks each.
